First off, Daniel was great answering all my many questions throughout the bidding process for attic and crawl space clean out, rodent proofing, and install of insulation. He was patient and worked with me as I changed my plan to make it a 2 day job so I could have the electrician do work before new insulation is put in the attic. Ricky and his team came out to do the attic clean out and crawl space clean and insulation. They did great work on a difficult job as the attic had blow in on top of old batting and random cardboard all over. They stayed late to get part 1 of the job done. Looking forward for them to come back to complete the job.
Update: Diego and his team came to finish the attic rodent exclusion and re-insulation project. They were super courteous, hardworking, and did a great job.

These guys are amazing! I hired them for a full attic and crawlspace insulation clean out replacement job. It was a pretty big project. Ron brought the team on site for 12hr of hard work and did a great job completely changed the spaces!! The bad muddy smell was completely gone after their work! I jumped into the crawlspace and attic to inspect the results and was super impressed how clean and tight they were. Trust me, I’m the last person who would be willingly to get into these spaces, but now I have no problem with it. The best contractor I worked with so far! I have to shout out to Daniel(the project manager) and Ron. Both of them are professional and communicated effectively throughout the process.

We recently discovered that we had TONs of ground water in our crawl space under our house. After researching companies we decided to go with Super Attic Solutions and we are extremely happy with the service we received. We knew this job was going to be a huge undertaking. They actually had to send 2 crews (Tony & Erick’s crews) out in order to be able to complete our job. That being said, everyone from estimator, to scheduler to technician was extremely professional and courteous. You could tell they take pride in their work and went above and beyond to ensure that our project was done properly.
Super Attic made this whole process go seamlessly. I would highly recommend them for any of your crawl space/attic or pest control needs!

Joey, Erick, and their team did an outstanding job with our mold remediation and new insulation installation. To say our teeny-tiny attic is a challenging environment to work in is an understatement! From start to finish, the team had great attitudes, and demonstrated professionalism and efficiency.
Communication was excellent throughout the process. They kept us informed about the progress and answered all our questions – and there were a lot of them.
The quality of work was top-notch. The mold remediation was thorough, and the insulation installation was done meticulously.
Moreover, they left the place clean and tidy after the job was completed.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with Joey and his team and would highly recommend Super Attic Solutions to anyone in need of their services.

Highly recommend working with Super Attic. Joey and his team did an excellent job walking us through the process of what to expect with cleaning out our crawl space, rodent remediation, debris removal and insulation installation. What I appreciated most was the entire pathway was taped off with plastic creating a barrier from our things and all the cleanup afterwards. You would have no idea they had been at our home other than the basically brand new crawlspace. If you’re looking for help with a crawl space or attic I highly recommend you have them out as Joey’s project management and communication is what I hope for when hiring someone to work on our home.

We had a great experience with Super Attic. The initial inspection with Tom was thorough and clear, and the proposal process was equally thorough and clear. Great communication throughout. Scheduling was easy, too. Then, Evelin and the crew that did the work in a single day were fantastic. Our attic is trickier than most to access but it didn't faze them at all. I especially appreciate that Super Attic provides a 10-year warranty for mold mitigation and recommends quarterly inspections to ensure everything is as it should be. We just had our first inspection, and I get a lot of peace of mind knowing that they'll be be having a look at the attic and their work a few times a year.

Super attic solutions did an amazing job rodent proofing our whole attic this past summer July 2023. We had tried multiple other services but only Super Attic Solutions was successful at keeping the rats out of our 1978 two story house attic. No issues with mice or rats getting in over the past 5 months. They removed the blown in insulation, sealed all vents and potential entry points (basement and attic), put in new R30 insulation, and improved the attic ventilation by adding a solar fan. There are no more noises from the attic in the middle of the night and the upstairs is now 5F cooler in the summertime. We couldn't be happier with the service and I would recommend them to others.

We had a wonderful experience. Communication was great from the start, and they confirmed ahead of time that the inspection and estimate were completely free. The technician who came out was friendly, observant, knowledgeable, and thorough. He inspected our attic and found no evidence of rodent activity, so rather than trying to sell us services we didn’t need, he gave us helpful advice for prevention and monitoring. I really appreciated the honesty and no-pressure approach. If we ever do have a rodent issue in the future, they’ll definitely be one of the first companies I call. Highly recommend!

I had needed work done on my attic for the longest time and was really looking for a company that does it all and is a PSE trade ally contractor. I’m happy to had reached out to Super Attic Solution. The whole team from A-Z were all very professional and friendly. Tom had provided a free consultation/ inspection and had gone over everything that was needed and provided an amazing quote to get both the attic and crawlspace (which I didn’t know had a rodent problem) taken cared of. On the day of service, Shlomi the project manager and his team had showed up and had completed everything within a day! The space in which they were working on were sealed off and cleaned thoroughly after they finished. Shout out to his crew for the hard work in the heat since it was a very hot day. Overall this had been one of best experiences getting the house worked on so I’ll definitely recommend to friends and family 👍

Ricky and Joseph and the crew at Super Attic Solutions went above and beyond for us. They reinsulated our attic, performed a full cleaning and restoration, and also tackled our crawlspace. The crawlspace work was impressive—they cleaned it thoroughly, addressed moisture concerns, and ensured everything was properly sealed and insulated.
From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and respectful of our home. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took great care to protect our floors and surrounding areas. Ricky kept us informed throughout the process, explaining what was being done in both the attic and crawlspace, which gave us complete peace of mind.
The results speak for themselves—our attic and crawlspace are spotless, well-insulated, and ready for the winter. If you’re looking for a reliable team for attic or crawlspace services, Ricky and his crew are the best. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much Super Attic Solutions for all the amazing work on our attic! We have an older home and we were a bit overwhelmed with the project. Daniel came to give us an estimate and he was so knowledgeable and helpful with solutions to solve our ventilation and insulation issues. Daniel answered our questions and responded when we had additional ones.
Diego came to our house to do the clean out and install the new insulation. Diego covered all the details, built a tunnel area so that no debris would get into the other part of our house, was very thorough and made everything look how it should. Diego and team took such great care to make sure everything was done properly!
A roofing company came out to do a few fixes on our roof and they even asked who cleaned our attic, they said wow they did such an exceptional job.
We are thankful to have had all your help to complete this project!

Ron and his crew came out today and took care of our rodent problem, hopefully! They removed all of our insulation, sanitized it, and put new insulation. While the insulation was out, they could see where the rodents were coming and going and closed up those areas. Ron told me that they did put a few traps with bait and will be scheduling a follow-up with us to check on those.
Ron and his crew did a lot of protection of the house by making a "tunnel" of plastic so they would be walking on plastic rather than our hardwood floors. The only suggestion would be to plan this in warmer weather. I turned off the heat because it seemed crazy to heat up the outside, and it got down to 62°. At least it wasn't raining! Tom was the original guy who came out from Super Attic Insulation, and we were impressed with him and Ron and his crew came to do the work, and I was also impressed with him. They both represent the company well.

We have a 20+ year old home and had SuperAtticSolutions come and inspect the attic while we were considering some roof work. Tom Klein the Project manager came over to do the assessment and gave an honest assessment that the attic was in good shape and had no moisture , mold or rodent issues. He did advice to get the baffles that had fallen down replaced, but recommended that it would be way cheaper to get it done via a handyman. He offered to help compare any quotes that I get from handymen. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency and putting the customer first.

We used Super Attic Solutions for our single family home after my condo's HOA also had a great experience with them for our condo.
Joseph was quick to come provide a quote with detailed pictures and found every way to get us discounts & rebates.
Eric and his team came to replace all of our attic & crawlspace insulation (which was very little), ensure everything was sealed, and fix a few disconnected ducts too. His team was efficient and afterwards we noticed a huge difference in the temperature & noise insulation in the home! Much appreciated going into the summer season.
Highly recommend!

They did an inspection on short notice on a Sunday morning. I'd had another bid. Super Attic came in lower after explaining they could do the job in one visit instead of two. The inspector (Joseph) has kept excellent and patient communication going throughout the whole process. He even offered to clear away some renovation junk at no extra charge. The project manager Diego and his assistant Joey worked super hard at making sure our crawlspace was all set on time and at the estimated quote. When I mentioned renting a fan, they went and put one in.
Hire these guys.

We hired Super Attic Solutions to redo our crawlspace and attic insulation, which was over 30 years old. We also had a mouse infestation in both areas (as it turns out we had some holes that enabled them to enter these areas). Their pricing was competitive compared to the other quotes we received and we chose them because their communication stood out from the start.
We are very glad we went with them. The team was professional and respectful of our property. I really liked that they also provided a warranty guaranteeing they would return if we continued to have pest issues. They honored that commitment and came back a couple of times until the issues were fully resolved! I am happy to say our crawlspace is now mice free. They even left traps in place to help prevent any future problems.
It is not easy to find companies that are honest, transparent, and highly communicative, so we are grateful to have found Super Attic Solutions. We highly recommend their services.

We recently used Super Attic Solutions in a re-roofing project for our 41 townhome HOA. Ricky’s team Was performing attic remediation in units where the old roof had failed. This required removal of damp insulation, microbial treatment, and re-insulation. Additionally, because we have common fire alarms and sprinkler systems running through our attics, they were able to mark where those were to prevent any Other issues in the future for identifying this. Ricky’s team showed up on time, were super respectful and, performed excellent work. You may wonder why I know he performed excellent work… We had a separate, independent general contractor overseeing the entire project and they reviewed the work. Super Attic even helped us identify something that had been missed by our original building contractor; creating attic access to a unit. We were able to quickly rectify this same day with our general contractor and Ricky’s Team was flexible to stay and complete the work.

We had our attic cleaned out, treated for mold, and new insulation installed. Tom has been amazing in giving us details on what could have caused the mold problem and giving the precise steps they will be taking to resolve the problem. I also appreciate the flexibility when we wanted to tack on insulating our garage space to the project. Eric and his crew were super efficient and professional on the day of our job. He walked us through the work they had completed . The work looks excellent and I think our garage and entrance to our attic is cleaner than when they started! Top notch crew!

Super Attic always does great work they have free inspections with all work and they have a guarantee for their work rat free. Jose came out to do my inspection today and he was friendly and did fast work he also checked for leaks to make sure all the work they did was still good and showed me pictures of the insulation and traps after his inspection was done. Anytime I have a thought that I might have a rodent problem I just call and they come check so I don't have to get under there and look myself.
Thank You Super Attic for saving my house. And keeping it clean.

I received three different bids to remediate mold and replace insulation in my attic & crawl space at my house in Burien WA and decided to go with Super Attic Solutions, and I'm glad I did! Joey and his team showed up on time and immediately started to get to work. Very professional and efficient. Communication was excellent as the team leader Joey kept me well informed and answered any questions on the various steps in the project. They worked a very long day then cleaned everything up and did a great job! Go with this local family owned company, you will be happy!

They just finished my crawlspace remodel. No words other than "great job".
Ricky and his team arrived early on Sunday (just as planned) and worked tirelessly (on a hot day) until the end of the day. I checked on their work and it was very well done. TBH, my crawlspace was a mess the day before, and Ricky and his team made it amazing: clean, rodent proof, insulation up to date with current standards, and everything else I would expect from professionals.
Oh, they also work with PSE to get me rebates which saved a LOT of costs

Tom was very friendly and straightforward with the inspection, detailed the problems, replacing procedure, and warranties. The decision was made fast with a reasonable cost. 5 stars rate to him.
Ronny and his crew are a fantastic hardworking team! They carefully setup their working environments to keep around clean. Then removed all the old insulation, laying up the new ones. When I realized the very small area need to be fixed, upon very tight schedule, Ronny’s crew came back fixed nicely. Yes, Rate Ronny and his crews all 5 stars.
The company office has a super service lady Lorrie. She sent the before and after photos, make an inspection schedule, helped the fixed problems… She is friendly, patient, and quickly to resolve the problems! Definitely, Rate her 5 stars.
The inspector, Jose, was done a good job and help to resolve our small area problem, Rate him 5 stars too. By my experience, I’m satisfied with this company with good leaders and hard-working teams. I would rate it 5 stars and recommend it to my friends.

From initial inspection/estimate to project completion everything was smooth as silk. Liam as the project manager, who did the inspection/estimate, was friendly, informative, and answered all the questions I had as someone new to insulation projects. Then Juan and team who did the actual labor of removing all old nasty insulation and installing brand new everything was amazing! Fast work, kept the walls safe from damage, and cleaned up so nicely afterwards. I would highly recommend Super Attic Solutions for your next insulation project!!!
~ Tika M
Really pleasant experience working with Tom and then Ron and his crew. Tom helped identify some issues with the attic and our vents as well as a rodent problem to address along with adding insulation.
When Ron and co. came by, they took care to seal off the home and access to the attic and any cleanup afterwards. They had no problem going up through the tiny access point to the attic and finished earlier than the expected time. No smells or disruptions throughout the day either.
